Good evening church family,
So today we got the news no parent wants to hear. They did an MRI today, and confirmed the medical staffs’ fears. During the Cardiac Arrest, our little boy sustained too much damage to his brain to support his precious life. He’s not coming home to Elm Creek.
He’ll be going home to Jesus soon (24-48hrs).
Please pray for us, for Asher, and for his big brother. Please ask God to give us wisdom for how to break the news to Elias.
Thank for your support. We ask that you give us some time to process. Text rather than calls are appreciated. Take us by the hand and lead us to Jesus.

Dear Asher’s family,
We cannot imagine the shock and grief you all must be feeling!! To go from such a healthy little baby to being on death’s doorstep in such a short time is beyond words. Our hearts and prayers are with you all. What a comfort we have to know that our Heavenly Father doesn’t make mistakes and always knows what is best, even when it is so incomprehensible. We will be praying for you.
